María Becerra
La Nena de Argentina, the second album by María Becerra, features several tracks dedicated to people who have played a significant role in the singer's life. This deeply personal project, free of collaborations, offers an open-hearted exploration of her experiences through its songs.
One of the most intimate tracks on La Nena de Argentina is Inspiradora. In this song, María Becerra addresses a woman who inspired her to write music. However, it’s not her first time dedicated a song to a woman.
Throughout her discography, María has several singles inspired by her relationships and experiences with women. Songs like Dime cómo hago, Hipnotiza’, and Perdidamente were written about a woman she was romantically involved with. Other notable mentions include Tranquila, her collaboration with FMK, and her most recent song, Inspiradora.
In an interview, María opened up about her romantic relationships and personal experiences that shape her music. “For as long as I can remember, I’ve liked both women and men,” she revealed, adding that this duality influences her songwriting. “I think it’s beautiful; it’s something that’s part of me and who I am,” she shared.
Speaking with journalist Tomás Mier, the artist emphasized the importance of normalizing bisexuality and breaking taboos around it. She also highlighted how newer generations are challenging and dismantling these prejudices.

Somatina
Social networks changed everything in the life of Bianca, who is finishing her film editing degree at the FUC. When she was a preteen she edited music videos on YouTube by cutting out cartoon sequences and, long before the YouTube craze, she had a handful of followers who celebrated her art.
This virtual and international community not only allowed her to get closer to what was going to be her career or to meet a lot of people from all over the world (like her best friend, a Russian who lives in Germany), but it also opened her mind. for topics that cross her life today, such as music—her most passionate project—feminism and the queer universe.
