Flor Amargo

Emma Mayté Carballo Hernández, known as Flor Amargo, is a Mexican professional singer and songwriter, as well as an arranger, pianist, and multi-instrumentalist. They perform concerts in the streets of Mexico City, in the subway, and in various public spaces, presenting a musical proposal they describe as cathartic pop, which blends sounds and rhythms from pop, cumbia, classical piano, and folk music. In December 2022, they stated that they identify as non-binary.
