Carla Morrison

Carla Patricia Morrison Flores, known as Carla Morrison, is a Mexican singer, songwriter, actress, activist and producer. She has been the winner of three Latin Grammy Awards; two for best alternative song with “Déjenme llorar” in 2012 and “Vez Primera” in 2016 and one for his debut album Déjenme llorar, certified platinum by la Asociación Mexicana de Productores de Fonogramas y Videogramas (AMPROFON).

She has supported the LGBT community by raising her voice in favor of gender equality and the rights of this community. This was Carla Morrison's goal when recording the video for her song "Eres tú", released in October 2012. in which the story of a marriage between two people of the same gender is told.
